KeepUp Survival - Problem Messages

Hello community, it's about reporting issues.

There are really only a small handful of users who use the support or report problems. Many who immediately access the rating system write after a short time that many things do not work. But look at how many users have played for hundreds of hours. Often it is things that players misunderstand or misunderstand.

Of course there are bugs and problems, but that's why you use the EA status as a developer. Early Access has the advantage for users that they can influence the game and share their wishes, ideas and problems with me during development.

While it's up to everyone how they submit their reviews, I also want you to take advantage of the support options before making a decision. With an EA title, this is very important so that issues can be identified and fixed more quickly. I always do my best to respond to reviews, even if I have limited ways to respond via reviews. I want to motivate users to use the forum and accept the help offered. I have often wondered if there is any point in responding to reviews anymore, since I can't motivate users to accept help.

You often read everywhere that developers don't give support, but I find that many don't want to accept support at all.

Submitting a review seems to be done quickly, but for me it is a real setback to see again and again that no help is accepted and at some point I don't know how to help anyone else here if none is accepted. Of course my offered game has problems, but again I have to say I can't look into your systems to see if everything is working smoothly. Problems can lie with the customer or they can lie with the game. But without communication from both sides, you would never know.

I'm just a small indie developer from a small corner of Steam. I rely on the community, as do many other small indie developers. Without you guys, we wouldn't exist either. Reviews should be used consciously, whether good or bad. There are also users who use this system to ask their questions, here I would like to mention that as a developer you don't get a notification when someone submits a review. Each developer decides for themselves if they want to look at the reviews.

I just want to say, please use the support Steam and developers give you before making a decision. Thanks for reading!
