Here’s our answers for enquiries gathered from Steam community and Discord during our 2nd beta test from new testers

📍After the game starts, server lists do not show up.
Game installation and play should be run through Dysterra Playtest.

📍The game gets stuck and crashes in the loading screen.
When the game crashes in the loading screen, or has problems running the game, please check our minimum system requirements.
If your PC does not cover minimum system requirements, you might have problems running the game.
Minimum system requirement
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 8.1
- Processor: i5-9400 or Ryzen 5 2600
- Memory: 12GB RAM
- Graphics: GTX 950 or R9 380
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 50 GB available space
※ Dysterra does not support under the version of Window 8.1, even your PC meets the system requirements.
※ Windows 11 OS environment might cause unexpected problems running the game.
📍Not being able to join the server after the game starts
If the game crashes in the lobby or after the game starts, please check on ‘allow access’ when Windows Defender Firewall alerts pops up.
Since Windows Defender Firewall blocks a few settings of the game, you might have problems running the game.
📍Runtime error occurs running the game.
When the Runtime error occurs, please install Visual Studio 2019, Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package.
'The following component(s) are required to run this program:......' error is often caused by defects of Visual Studio 2019, Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable package, in this case please re-install with the link below to solve the error.

📍Ways to solve errors (integrity check)
Most errors caused when running the game can be resolved through integrity check or re-installation.
1. On Steam client library menu > right click on the title of the game > click properties
2. On properties menu, click Local files > click Verify integrity of beta files
※ it might take some time to do the integrity check, if it does not help solving the error, please delete and reinstall the client.
📍If the game crashes after entering the server
When unexpected errors occur, please reinstall the game and update the graphics card driver to the latest version.
During the game update, game launch or graphics card errors can occur as old version graphics card crashing issues.
📍 How to fix the crash when wearing Warbane Jacket
If the game crashes while wearing Warbane Jacket on a PC with Nvidia graphics card, update the graphics card driver to the latest version in order to solve the problem.

📍How do you farm resources?
- Objects that can be looted in the game will convey a shiny line surrounding it.
You can loot various material items by collecting, opening, or picking them up with F key (or by pressing on 'F key).
If it is difficult to distinguish farm-able objects, you can check more clearly by looking through vision ('V' key). Energy will reduce when using the vision.

📍How do you engage in battle in the beginning?
Loot your pod, craft (short key 'U') short range weapons or Agon (Pistol ammo needed) to engage in small battles. Crafted weapons can be used by putting them on quickslots.

By using the ‘left shift’ key, you can chase your target at a faster speed.

📍How do you build base?
Go to construction mode by using 'F2' key and build parts like foundation and walls.

Construct foundation first to build other parts as well.
📍How do you upgrade the walls?
Go to the maintenance ring menu where it is possible to upgrade, retrieve, repair, or demolish buildings.
- Demolish: Demolish specific part of a building and get resources back partially (cannot demolish buildings built by others)
Upgrade: Upgrade specific part of a building to an upper tier
- Retrieve: Retrieve installments (door, storage, bed) back to your inventory. (cannot retrieve Terracores)
- Repair: Repair specific part of a building

📍 How do you install crafted items
- Once the crafting completes, the crafted item automatically goes to your quickslot.
You can use those items in the quickslot by pressing the number assigned to that quickslot.
If you have full quickslots, please re-arrange them in the inventory.

📍 I've lost my base!
Buildings constantly degrade overtime,
After a specific set of time without installing Terracore in your base to stop the degrading, the base will fall apart and demolish itself.
Go to crafting menu (short key 'U'), crafter Terracore and switch on anti-degrade mode to
sustain your buildings. Energy consumption of a Terracore varies depending on the number of buildings.

📍 Installments like Plasma workbench, and turrets are not working
If there is no energy left on the Terracore, installments within the building will not work. Convert items into energy in the Terracore for them to work.

📍 How do you restore weapons that has no durability left
Weapons can be restored through the Catenane Repair Bench.
Catenane Repair Bench can be crafted on Plasma workbench, which can only be
installed on the power board.
