Minor Fix V0.46-1

Fix:

Returning Players could get stuck when loading (creating some contagion wasn't being done properly, it should be fixed).
Area 8-1 to 8-4 show the wrong Bonus an Equipment can have.
Larva notification isn't being hidden properly when Super Larva is bought.
Whack Upgrade when maxed was keeping the select border on.
Few Assembly didn't had the proper icon.
French & Russian had some issue with the naming of a Bonus on Equipment.
