Timeline, video, voice improvements
I have made by your requests:
+ Fix of voice play.
+ Fix of load timeline (float data).
+ Pause and Resume for billboard videos
+ Skip seconds for billboard videos
+ Start test timeline from point. So, for testing end of your timeline, you not need to wait whole timeline is begin.

Warning! Because of adding new functions into the timeline, the timeline you created before will not work.
How to fix it:
Create a new timeline with different name. In the timeline folder (/StreamingAssets/camerapositions/) compare amount of files in old a new timeline, then create a missing files and fill them by default parameters with the same lines amount as in your old timeline.
