Set position as default position

I have made by your requests:

+ in the "Scene settings" was added "DLC settings". Now you can switch off some of content, which you don't plan to use right now.
+ In the character settings was added - "Set this position as default position".
+ Fix of "Movement speed". Now it can be less then 0.05
+ Fix of "Look at" parts for all new characters

Zombie DLC update:
