Animation Start and End time

I have made by your requests:

+ timer for test play
+ Windowed 1920x1080 mod by default
+ 4 last DLC's was added to DLC settings list (for on/off)
+ Fix of few animations
+ Animation Start and End time. So, now you can use part of the clip.
