Hey Speedstars,

We hope you enjoyed Disney Speedstorm’s Season 11, inspired by Disney and Pixar’s The Incredibles, and that you're enjoying Season 12 inspired by Disney’s TRON: Legacy! We have a small hotfix ready to go with some improvements and fixes based on community feedback:

Crew Skill Names
• The skill bonus names now correctly match their assigned racers.

Race Crash
• Addressed a general crash issue occurring during races.

Daily Specials
• Now correctly visible after updating the game.

Vault Pass Crash
• Fixed an issue causing the game to crash when purchasing the Vault Pass without an active Season event.

Matchmaking Cancel
• Players can now properly cancel matchmaking after resuming the game from suspension.

Zuse Victory Animation
• Fixed a bug where Zuse would be cut off during his victory animation.

Tron Recognizer Barrier
• Sound effects now properly play when the barrier animation triggers.

Tron Track Fireworks
• Fireworks on “The Portal” racing track now have proper sound effects.

Game Menu Access
• Resolved an issue where players could access the game menu while the U.S. opt-out screen was displayed.

Tron Racer Unique Skill
• Fixed a bug where all Disney’s TRON: Legacy racers' Unique Skills were stuck at level 1, even at max level (Except Nintendo Switch & Microsoft).

Shop Display Issues
• Ensured the store correctly displays available products instead of the “Empty Store” message.

Daily Specials Display
• Fixed an issue where the “Empty Store” message appeared over the Daily Specials section.

Shop Tag
• The notification tag in the Shop now disappears after claiming rewards.

Season Pass Display
• Fixed an issue where past season currency was incorrectly shown in the current Season Pass
purchase screen.

Nightmare Track Skybox
• Fixed a visual issue where the skybox briefly showed the wrong color when launching AUT in split-screen mode.

Supercharge Racers

Now with some Supercharge News, the following racers will be available to receive the supercharge upgrades:

1. Mickey Mouse – [March 24th | On the Grid]
2. Elizabeth Swann – [March 30th | On the Grid]
3. Kristoff – [April 24th | On the Grid]

Compensation

To show our appreciation for your patience during these initial launch weeks, we’ll be granting the following compensation to all Speedstars players:

Join us as we break down the list of Racer balancing improvements coming to the game at the start of Season 12.

RACER BALANCING


RACER ANNA

Anna’s Top Speed has been nerfed:
•Top speed Best: 224,18 > 220
•Acceleration: 6.8 > 8.03
•Normalized Top Speed Loss by steering: 69.075 > 67

RACER MALEFICENT
Maleficent’s Unique Skill has been buffed:
•Lowered the dragon form activation requirements to lvl2:5/lvl3:4/lvl4:3 orbs.
•Increased Uncharged Lightning lingering time to 3 seconds.
•Increased Charged Lightning spawn offset to 30m on lvl4 and 20m on lvl3.

RACER DAVY JONES
Davy Jones’ Acceleration stat has been buffed:
•Acceleration: 14.97 > 11.86

RACER ALADDIN
Aladdin’s Top Speed has been buffed:
•Top Speed: 220.2 > 223
•Acceleration: 8.39 > 6.81
•Normalized Top Speed Loss by steering: 67.2 > 70

RACER MRS INCREDIBLE
Mrs. Incredible’s autopilot duration has been reduced, while the speed has been increased.
•Autopilot speed +20%
•Autopilot duration -20%
•From 5 dashes in 7.5s to 5 dashes in 4 seconds

RACER WALL·E
WALL·E’s Top Speed has been increased:
•Top Speed: 204 > 208
•Acceleration: 6.3588 > 5.44
•Normalized Top Speed loss by steering: 91.4 > 94

RACER JOY
Joy’s Unique Skills have been buffed - the amount of dashes has been increased for both of her
Charged and Uncharged Skills:
•The power of the dash has been increased by 100%
•The dashes activate automatically every couple of seconds
•The duration of uncharged unique has been decreased by 15%
•The power of dashes from the orbs has been increased by 25%
•It is easier to pick up orbs now

RACER MOANA
Moana’s Unique Skill has been buffed:
•Autopilot speed +20%
•Autopilot duration -20%

RACER MAUI
Maui’s autopilot state is now faster but shorter:
•Autopilot speed +20%
•Autopilot duration -20%

RACER SADNESS
•Sadness Unique no longer negatively impacts her teammates in Team Mode.

RACER SALLY
•Sally’s Unique no longer negatively impacts her teammates in Team Mode.

[h2]4 NEW TRON INSPIRED RACERS[/h2]
Sam Flynn, Quorra, Rinzler, and Zuse are revving up their engines to take you on an electrifying race!
Sam Flynn is a Speedster racer, Quorra is a Defender, Rinzler is a Brawler, and Zuse is a Trickster a Defender Class Racer.

Details of how to unlock each of our 4

• Sam Flynn will be unlockable via the premium tier of the Golden Pass Part 1*
• Quorra will be unlockable via the premium tier of the Golden Pass Part 2*
• Rinzler will be unlockable via the Season Tour in both Parts
• Zuse will be unlockable via the free tier of the Golden Pass in all Parts

*Requires Golden Pass Credit or purchase of €9,99/$9.99 or equivalent in local currency

[h2]TRON UNIQUE SKILLS[/h2]
[h3]SAM FLYNN – LIGHT CYCLE CHAMPION[/h3]

• Normal Activation: Sam uses his combat and driving skills to win the race. Sam activates the combat stance for a short period of time. He takes out his identity disc and holds it in hand (and activates combat helmet). Sam automatically throws the disc forward when he approaches any opponent close enough. Disc returns to Sam right after and can be reused.
• Charged Activation: Sam activates a hard light trail behind his kart, for a short period of time, he gains speed and leaves a trail that stuns opponents.

[h3]QUORRA – LIGHT RUNNER[/h3]
• Normal Activation: Quorra fires two missiles that explode on contact, stunning opponents in a short radius and momentarily blinding opponents in a bigger radius.
• Charged Activation: Releases two bombs behind her that explode on contact or after a while, stunning opponents in a short radius and momentarily blinding opponents in a bigger radius.
This is inspired by a Light Runner driven by Quorra in Disney’s Iron: Legacy.

[h3]RINZLER – ELITE ENFORCER[/h3]
• Normal Activation: Rinzler uses his gadgets to track and take down opponents. Rinzler throws his two discs. They bounce on walls and stun any opponents they touch without getting destroyed, then bounce back to him. If he catches them, he regains the skill.
• Charged Activation: Rinzler's car becomes a flying vehicle, gaining autopilot and invulnerability for a bit.

[h3]ZUSE – END OF LINE[/h3]
• Normal Activation: Zuse uses his club management skills to win the race. Zuse fires a barrage of light projectiles with his walking stick, obfuscating the opponents and decreasing their speed.
• Charged Activation: Zuse starts a party with light and music and dances on his cane. The party gives a big bonus to speed, nitro fuel regeneration, and boost to Zuse and everyone around. The more people at the party, the bigger the effect.

A whole new collection of Crew members will also be added to support you during your races, including:

Disney Speedstorm’s Season 12, inspired by Disney’s TRON: Legacy, is approaching fast, and the team has been working on changes and improvements to the game based on community feedback.

[h2]DIAMOND PASS [/h2]

A reminder to read about the Diamond Pass and the Supercharge System outlined in our First Look video and the previous Community Pit Stop if you haven’t already.

[h2]INSTANT MAX OUT OFFERS [/h2]

Instant Max Out Packs will grant you the ability to instantly upgrade a racer to five stars and maximum level and will be auto-applied: the Racer Shards and the currency will be automatically spent. If the racer you chose is locked, then the Max Out Pack will automatically unlock it.

[h2]UI IMPROVEMENTS [/h2]

• The first-time player onboarding experience has been updated.
  
  
• It is now easier to differentiate between the free and premium rewards.
  

[h2]RACER VOICEOVER [/h2]

This season, Racers Sam Flynn, Quorra, Zuse and both of the mid-season Racers will receive voice lines in-game.

[h2]RACER BOOST [/h2]

Racers Miss Piggy, Rapunzel, Jack Skellington, Sally, Oogie Boogie and Dash will now be available to select.

[h2]SUPERCHARGE SYSTEM [/h2]

Racers Mickey Mouse, Elizabeth Swann and Kristoff will be available to select.

[h2]SEASON 12 TOURNAMENT AND VAULT PASS [/h2]

During Season 12, Tournaments and Vault Passes will become available for the Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out.

Tournaments will be available for Racers Joy, Sadness and Anger.

[h2]GENERAL FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS  [/h2]

• Various game crash occurrences and shop issues fixed across all platforms.
  
  
• Fixed an issue that prevented Racer Mr. Incredible from Drifting or Jumping while using his Charged Unique Skill.
  
  
• Fixed an issue that caused Racers Sadness and Sally Unique Skills to impact their teammates in Team Mode.
  
  
• Fixed a visual issue that caused a Free Shop Offer to appear as a blank pop-up when and after being claimed.
  
  
• Fixed a visual issue that caused the New Racer Star Up Screen either not to show up or appear with a 30-second delay.
  
  
• Fixed an issue that stopped the mouse from working normally while using the keyboard on Google Play PC BETA.

We’re back with a new Community Pit Stop.
Today we’re introducing an exciting new feature: the Diamond Pass. Designed as a premium enhancement to the Golden Pass, the Diamond Pass offers even more value, rewards, and opportunities to supercharge your racing experience.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about this new addition to the game.


Currently, players can unlock the Golden Pass or the Golden Pass Bundle, which includes 15 tiers of rewards.

The Diamond Pass builds on this structure by adding a premium layer, granting access to all Golden Pass rewards while also introducing exclusive perks.

• Instant Max Out: Instantly upgrade a racer of your choice (from a predefined selection of 4 racers) to 5 stars and maximum level.
  
• Exclusive Rewards: In addition to the Golden Pass rewards, Diamond Pass holders will receive:
  
• 15 instant tiers of the pass.
  
• One extra daily and weekly mission in seasonal challenges.
  
• A second free daily special.
  
• Additional rewards, including:
  
  1. 300,000 Seasonal Coins.
     
  2. 3 Season Box Credits.
     
  3. 10,000 Upgrade Coins.
     
  4. 1 Epic Racer Capsule
     

Diamond Pass players will also enjoy the benefits of the Supercharge system.
This feature allows select racers to exceed the traditional 5-star and level 50 limits through Supercharging.

Players can enhance their racers' Unique Skills and Nitro Boost by collecting Supercharge Shards, adding noticeable upgrades that stand out on the track.

Select racers can be Supercharged beyond the standard 5-star, level 50 cap by collecting Supercharge Shards. Supercharging adds two levels of upgrades:
1. Enhanced Unique Skill.
2. Enhanced Nitro Boost.



We want to reassure all players that the Golden Pass remains the same in both price and rewards. The introduction of the Diamond Pass does not alter the content or progression of the Golden Pass. All players will continue to unlock racers and other rewards through the Golden Pass as they always have.
The Diamond Pass is simply an optional upgrade for those seeking additional value and exclusive perks.
