[p]I honestly didn’t expect development to take this long, but thanks to your support and ideas, the game has grown far beyond what I originally planned - and there’s still more to come.[/p][p]The next big update (v0.7) is coming this August. After that, I’ll keep adding features and preparing for the full release.[/p][p]The final version will have 4 new characters with full sprites (like Amy), each with their own stories. There’ll be a bigger plot around conspiracy theories and control over Japan’s economy, with multiple endings based on your relationships - yes, you’ll be able to build bonds with 5 different characters.[/p][p]Support will continue after launch, though probably not as frequently. Chances are that, unless you happened to read my personal GOTY pick from 2023 or just have generally excellent taste in videogames, you're not too familiar with Stonks-9800 (which you can find on Steam). That's a shame, because the early access stock-trading sim set in the salad days of '80s Japan is an absolute banger—oozing style and with a delicious platter of gameplay loops that will keep your eyes fixed on its line graphs for days, weeks, months at a time...

Every day I try to make a few patches and fix the game, but this time it's the biggest fix, so I'm posting it here.
- You can now buy more commodities per day.
- The "Gambler" biography now grants instant access to secret poker at the start.
- Fixed FPS drop in the resume menu.
- Fixed potential poker bugs after removing players from the table.
- Fixed a bug where phantom companies could appear on the stock exchange.
- Fixed a crash when selecting the "Corporate friend" biography.
