STONKS-9800: Stock Market Simulator News

Improvements:
- Improvements for chart: you can hover over the company name to highlight its series of metrics, and you can hide the metrics of certain companies;

- Added new professions for people (only works in the new game);


Fixes:
- Companies that have been liquidated will no longer leave an empty space on the stock exchange and will no longer appear as NaN in the graph;
- A bunch of fixes to the behavior of people moving to different companies;
- People will no longer work for liquidated companies;
- In pachinko, you can now control the direction of the ball on the A and D keys;
- Fixing bugs related to an illegal company and its exit from the market;
- Fixed a game crash on Steam Deck;
- Fixed Amy's incorrect phrase when the player is in jail;
- Fixed a bunch of errors in the chart;
- Fixed incorrect strings in the name of professions (only works in the new game)
- The player is now displayed correctly in the board of directors of companies;
- Fixes various other minor bugs and issues;
- Correction of typos in the text, improvement of Japanese localization.

New features:
- A borderless full-screen mode has been added;
- In the stock exchange, shares are now bought and sold faster by holding the left mouse button longer;
- New contacts in the list are now marked as "New" until you hover over them;
- You can now leave the CEO position or add your own funds to the company's reserves;
- More different professions have been added to contacts (will work in the new game);

Bugs:
- Fixed overlapping notifications in the bar or on a walk;
- Fixed a bug with the company menu overlay on entertainment screens;
- Fixed the sprite of your house on the main screen;
- Fixed excessive notification after a birthday in the bar;
- First and last names have been swapped to match Japanese spelling;
- Fixed a bug where owning shares in the same company can deduct ethics points;
- Fixed a bug when the research was freezing forever;
- Fixed a bug when the status of a research was not saved;
- A little work on the CRT filter to make its last levels more comfortable for reading;
- Fixed a bug where the player became a director of several (often random) companies;
- Fixed a bug that caused a random person to become a director of a company instead of a member of the board of directors;
- Fixing various other minor bugs;
- Correction of errors in the text, partial improvement of Japanese localization.
