Small Content Patch - Version 0.60.D.7

Our third patch is out. New Events have been added, some bugs have been fixed and we start to improve the UI so the game mechanics are more understandable.

- Bugfix : Arrows in Menus and Flares are not disabled anymore when sliding over them with a pressed mouse button.
- Bugfix : Missing colonial identity names for the systems Teegarden, Gehenna and Tabbys Star were added
- Bugfix : History Screen will not show the current ages names for soldiers, scientists and similar for bygone historic events
