[Notice] Developer Letter

Hello, Survivors.

It has now been 2 weeks since the Open Beta has started.
Despite heavy testing, new issues have been reported that we were unable to identify, and we apologize that we were unable to resolve them quickly.

With that said, we'd like to inform you on issues that are currently being frequently inquired about by Survivors.
■ Issues with Survivors using unauthorized programs in multiplayer regions
Verifying and identifying Survivors using unauthorized programs such as hacks is a top priority, and any abnormal use is immediately subject to permanent bans.
We ask for your understanding regarding the fact that we cannot immediately take action on reports due to issues such as thorough verification and detection method estimation prevention. We are reviewing all users reported by Survivors.
■ The difficulty of obtaining ER
Currently, ER, a resource required for growth, can be obtained mainly from Rootland, but we understand there may be difficulties in acquiring ER from playing due to the stress of user-to-user combat or high difficulty.
As a first step in resolving this, we lowered the difficulty of Rootland through the update on 5/8 and significantly increased the amount of ER obtained from Lucky Boxes.
We will continue to prepare and apply other improvement plans for this.
■ The difficulty of obtaining Milla
Many Survivors have given feedback that Milla should be more easily acquirable as it's used for weapon repair costs, reinforcement costs, etc.
We changed the rewards for repeat clears of Lonetree Tunnel as an additional source for Milla.
Help new Survivors clear Lonetree Tunnel and obtain more Milla rewards!

Please rest assured that the opinions and issues that Survivors have sent through various channels are being seen and read by the development team and other departments, and we will continue to update and improve content in the future.

Thank you.
