Whether you prefer your thrills to be powered by modern electric powertrains or traditional massive gas engines, there’s a car for you this week. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Opening this week’s show comes the 2016 NIO EP9, the very first Chinese supercar to arrive at a Horizon Festival Ever. Powered by four electric engines that amass a flabbergasting gigawatt of power, the NIO EP9 made a name for itself as it broke plenty of racetrack records upon its release. The 2015 Honda Ridgeline Baja Trophy Truck took on the Baja 1000, one of the most grueling races ever, and came out with the first-place trophy. With a 3.5-liter V6 under the hood and a construction that can drive over almost anything, the Trophy Truck is the perfect companion for a track-only supercar. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The closest you will ever be to flying a jet fighter is driving the 2019 RAESR Tachyon Speed, an electric super car that can produce an astonishing 1251 bhp. A construction of Kevlar, carbon fiber, and aluminum make this car ultra-lightweight, while its incredibly aerodynamic (and a bit scary) exterior design makes it slice through air like it was nothing. Speaking of more than meets the eye, the 2015 BMW X6 M closes this week’s contest. The M badge isn’t in this car’s name for aesthetics; the X6 M can clear a quarter-mile race in just 12.1 seconds and has a 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds. [p]The Winter “Dry” season arrives in Forza Horizon 5 with the 1992 Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 as this week’s featured reward car. Available through Thursday, March 19 and unlockable for 20 PTS on the Festival Playlist, you too can experience the platform that Mitsubishi developed its impeccable AWD system and, in the process, won no less than six rally championships. [/p][p][/p][p]The VR-4 ignites off the line, cuts into corners, and brakes with precision. If you’re looking to build your next rally legend, this JDM classic is the perfect candidate. Get ready to have your heart melted by the characteristic shape and wooden panels of the 1953 Morris Minor Series II Traveler. This plucky little car might not be the fastest ever, but it will surely put a bright smile on your face. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]One of the most cleverly engineered cars of all time, the 1975 DS Automobiles DS 23 is an exotic like no other. This French wonder does not have a traditional suspension, it uses a intricate system of fluid and gas stored in a sphere that moves around when cornering absorbing shock like an active suspension would. Appreciate this car for its aesthetics and mechanical innovations! Legacy has a name, and it’s 1965 Morris Mini-Traveller. This tiny titan has a .8-liter engine under the hood that can produce a whopping 34 bhp. You need a steady hand a lot of guts to drive this one. [/p][p][/p][p][/p]

[p][/p][p]This week sees the arrival of the 1995 Toyota MR2 GT in Forza Horizon 5. Mounted behind its seats is a 2.0-liter five-speed engine, capable of 241-horsepower and 228-lb-ft of torque. Such incredible numbers put it on equal footing with cars like the Ferrari 348.
