Is the Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC on Game Pass?

Forza Horizon 5 released to great reviews when it launched, and rightly so because we absolutely love blasting around Mexico in the wildest cars and causing mayhem. But, seeing as the racing game has been out for quite some time now, we've completed a lot of its content. Luckily, there's more on the way in the form of an add-on for the game in the form of Hot Wheels DLC, and you might be wondering if it's coming to Game Pass.

The Hot Wheels expansion allows players to create and share their own tracks with over 80 different pieces of track and comes with ten new cars to race as well, so there will be plenty of content to keep us occupied.

Seeing as Forza Horizon 5 was on Microsoft's subscription service, you might expect the same for Hot Wheels, and that's why we're here to answer one question: is Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC on Game Pass?

Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC cars and vehicles

Forza Horizon 5 is packed full of all kinds of crazy cars and vehicles to hoon around Mexico in and we love it. Whether it's drifting, offroading, or just racing other supercars on winding desert roads, Forza Horizon 5 has kept us occupied for the year. But, things are slowing down, and we want more action.

That's where the new Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC comes in. Themed around the miniature automobiles and their wacky orange tracks, there are plenty of new Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels cars and vehicles introduced with the new add-on for Turn 10 Studios' premier racing experience.

We've decided to compile all of the new Hot Wheels cars that you get if you decide to pick up the expansion. Unlock New Achievements in Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels

Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is almost here. In only a few short weeks, discover a whole new world of racing in the clouds high above Mexico and experience our fastest, most extreme, gravity-defying tracks yet in an exciting campaign of extreme speed to become a Hot Wheels Legend.

To coincide with the July 19 release of the expansion, new Xbox and Steam achievements are coming to Forza Horizon 5. In addition to those exclusive to Hot Wheels, the Series 10 Update introduces new achievements that can be unlocked by everyone.

Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC areas explained

Turn 10 Studios' epic party racer Forza Horizon 5 has had us roaring across Mexico for some time now, and it's been great fun smashing into road signs and flicking our lights at other drivers to taunt them into a race, but we can't help wanting more. Luckily, the new Hot Wheels DLC is here to bring more racing in new areas.

But, it's not as straightforward as just just listing off the Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels DLC areas and calling it a day. The structure of the new game expansion is a little more confusing, so before you grab a new car and start doing loops on an orange track at 200 miles per hour, you'll want to actually know where you're going.

FH5 Release Notes: July 5th, 2022 (Hotfix)

We're constantly working to improve the experience in Forza Horizon 5. Below you will find a summary of items fixed or improved upon in this update.

[PC only] General

Fixed an issue on PC platforms that prevented the Treasure Chest from spawning for some players after successfully completing a Treasure Hunt challenge. We're aware there are further issues with Treasure Chests which we're continuing to investigate.

Note: In a future Forza Horizon 5 update, the Series 9 Treasure Hunt Summer challenge will be retroactively completed for all players. This will also grant the associated rewards.
