Fixed a problem where it was possible to slip through an invisible wall to get to the outside of the stage.

The backgrounds of all stages have been improved with a new system for editing stage backgrounds!

The mountains have been smoothed out (the valleys used to stand out and look like bones) and the buildings have been changed.

The courses have not changed, but the invisible walls have been adjusted a little.
