Hotfix for (repeated) game starting issues
This small patch for Isonzo fixes issues regarding:
- Launching the game at all (Steam saying "Running)
- Launching the game repeatedly within one Steam session
- Possibly also lessens the game staying running after closing it
- Fixes black scopes on the Linux version
