Update on Issue With the Latest Patch

Here is our update on the issue with the latest patch, as well as our response.

[Nature of the Current Issue]
In some cases, parts will be manufactured at a lower level than the displayed level. When this happened, the parts were costing the minimum amount of materials required to produce equipment of the displayed level, not the lower one.

[Cause of the Issue]
The level of manufactured parts is determined by a variable that's equal to the highest level parts you've obtained in the past. However, there is also a cap based on your mission level limit. This cap was only being applied AFTER the part was created, meaning that you were being charged the full, pre-lowering cost of the part.

[How We're Fixing This]
We'll be setting the variable that determines the level of parts you can make equal to the current mission level limit.
*This will not affect any equipment you currently own.
*You can raise the limit by clearing Hive Recon Missions.

[Compensation]
We'll be refunding users the difference between the pre-lowered part cost and the post-lowered part cost.

[Who Is Affected]
Users who manufactured parts above the level limit between our 20:40 emergency maintenance and our 21:30 second emergency maintenance.

We apologize for the inconvenience. It will take us a little time to see which users were affected by this issue, so we'll be providing more updates later.
