Current Status and Future of Frontier Mode

Since release, we have not been able to operate as an online game at the level our customers expect, and we apologize for the trouble this has caused our players.
Frontier Mode was intended to be a mode where players all join forces and reach the ending together. However, the current game lacks the necessary information to clear it, causing a burden on many players.
Many of the factors contributing to this burden lie in the Potentiality failure (defeat) conditions. Although we have made some adjustments in a recent update to alleviate the issue, the fundamental problem has not been resolved. Thus we are currently considering relaxing the conditions even further.
The development team is currently redeveloping Frontier Mode as a simple, single-player game mode, based off the existing Frontier Mode system, without multiplayer or the need to restart from the beginning.
