New Localizations and build update!

1. Build Version change to 23.0
   
2. New language versions are now available in English (EN), Spanish (ES), French (FR), German (DE), Korean (KO), Japanese (JP), and Simplified Chinese (CN), which can be changed during the first login or in the language setting from the menu at the top right of the main page. Please note that you will need to download the resources every time when you change the language setting.
   
3. The title’s Frame has been added, it will be changed at the same time when the title is set.
   
4. Related newbie systems are grouped into one entrance, the "Newbie Events" icon
   
   • It is located in the lower left corner of the main page. Players can jump to other newbie systems
   by clicking on the banner in this entrance.
   
5. Newbie Time-Limited Gacha is added for new players to get the selectable Year III characters.
   
   • An entrance will be added to the "Newbie Events" icon.
     
   • A time countdown is started when players create a new account.
     
   • Players must choose an item as a target reward, they will be able to receive the target rewards after a certain number of draws.
     
   • Target rewards can be changed at any time without affecting the accumulated amount of Gacha being drawn.
     
   • There is a limit to how many target rewards players can receive, and the rewards will not be drawn if the limit is reached.
     
6. Newbie Shop is added to the "Newbie Events" icon
   
   • Additional Spending Rewards
     
   • Players can receive fabulous bonus rewards, including limited and carnival Year III characters by spending a certain amount of DMM points in a limited time.
     
   • Countdown time will reset when players enter the next step.
     
   • Entrance is added on the top left corner of the main page.
7. Special offer package
   
   • An entrance will be added to the right of the main page.
     
   • It has been divided into two types of packages: the top one is General Packages and the bottom one is Combo-Package.
     
   • Combo-Package cannot be purchased after one of the General Packages has been purchased.
     
   • Purchasing the Combo-Packages is the same as purchasing all the General Packages at a discounted price, and players will receive additional rewards.
