- Added Tutorial

Bug Fixes:
- You can't make roads under the ocean anymore
- You can't move RIP meshes anywhere
- Fixed talking animations feet
- WSAD is no longer changes the UI selection
- Influence area is static and shows the exact radius
- Changed points on benches so they are not sitting in the air
- Left click in the scene do not change the speed to 1
- The building's initial road is no longer cutting
