Fixes & Updates:
- The zoom does not change when in Build Mode
- Fixed citizens were disappearing when returning from the ship.
- You can't build a building on a gravestone anymore
- Fixed citizens are not stuck when they can't reach gravestone
- Localization corrections for a couple of texts in the game.
- AUTO status on citizens is properly saved and loaded
