The Borgia and Kirch Chest issue was resolved through a non-maintenance patch on Jun. 2 (Fri), 21:00 (UTC+9).
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
We will send compensation to users who have used the chests affected by this issue.

Issue Details
- Product: The issue where when purchasing continuously with ‘Purchase 1 more’ from the ‘Kirch Chest’ and ‘Borgia Chest’, the chests change to ‘Borgia Chest’ and ‘Kirch Chest’ respectively has been fixed.
 
Compensation Eligibility
- Admirals who purchased from the ‘Kirch Chest’ and ‘Borgia Chest’ with ‘Purchase 1 more’ between May. 31 (Wed) 12:00 (UTC+9) and before the patch

Compensation Details
- As many gacha tickets as the number of purchases made continuously with ‘Purchase 1 more’ for the ‘Kirch Chest’ and ‘Borgia Chest’ will be sent to users’ mailboxes.
* Tickets will be sent in sequential order after the Jun. 2 (Fri) patch.
