After the Jun. 9 (Fri) emergency maintenance, we found a system error in relation to the ‘Eastern Ship Privilege’ product.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

■ Issue Details
: Issue where Eastern Ship Privilege rewards became activated again from Jun. 9 (Fri) 19:10 (UTC+9)

■ Measures
- The sale of the Eastern Ship Privilege product has been permanently suspended since Jun. 10 (Sat) 01:06 (UTC+9).
- As we have confirmed that some users have already purchased the Eastern Ship Privilege product, we will be sending the product’s rewards to relevant users from Jun. 12 (Mon) in sequential order. We will also be withdrawing duplicate rewards that have been received.

While looking into in-game issues, we found that the effects for different grades of Paste were not being applied correctly.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
Please see below for more details on the issue.

Issue Details
- Issue where all Paste effects were applied the same as ‘Cheap Paste’ since the game’s global launch
ㄴ Affected Tools: Cheap Paste, Intermediate Paste, Superior Paste, Notable Paste, Legendary Paste

Measures and Compensation
- The issue will be fixed through a Emergency maintenance on Jun. 09 (Fri).
  We apologize again for the inconvenience caused. We will be sending the compensation below to all Admirals as an apology.

■ Compensation
1) Schedule: 2023/06/09 19:10 ~ 2023/06/12 19:10 (UTC+9)
2) Compensation
- Superior Mate Ticket x5, Legendary Paste x30, Legendary Fishing Rod x30

Once the issue is resolved, the different effects for different Paste grades will be applied correctly.

We apologize for the delay in identifying and resolving this issue.
We will carry out more thorough internal checks and work hard to prevent another issue like this occurring again.

2. Maintenance Compensation
: Mate Ticket x10, Shipbuilding Acceleration (10 min) x10, Special Investment Deed x3.

* You can claim the compensation from your mailbox after the Jun. 9 (Fri) maintenance until Jun. 10 (Sat) 18:40 (UTC+9).
* Compensation is provided only once per account, and the compensation mail will only be kept for 1 day (24 hours).
* Protections, Prayers, Donations, and Tax Permits have been extended for 1 hour 40minutes.
