Hotfix Update for August 16, 2024

Thank you for becoming part of the Sins of a Solar Empire II community! We've got a small update today to address some minor issues reported. Additional updates will be coming in the future as well, stay tuned!

• fixed crash attempting to save games with reserved win32 names

• added fix for mouse movement through remote desktop
  
• fixed unable to complete "Galaxy Overview" tutorial with certain keyboards.
