Greetings adventurers! We are happy to officially open the Steam page for Spirit of the Island!
Of course the most observant of you have noticed that it has been public for some time now - thank you for keeping it secret!
To celebrate the occasion, we’ve prepared a short blog with some facts about the game! Please enjoy and feel free to ask any kinds of questions!
- SOTI will have about 14 explorable islands! The number is not final, but this is our goal at this moment!
- The pirates are your main enemies in the game! Beware of them while exploring different islands and try to not bring too many things with you - they’ll surely try to take them away!
- The game will have 4 different seasons, just like in real life: Summer, Autumn, Spring, and Winter. They’ll also affect pretty much everything around you, be it animals or plants!
- Speaking about animals, you’ll be able to adopt cats and dogs!
- The game will have explorable caves with lots of useful loot! But people say that ferocious Cave Worms also inhabit these and will attack anyone, who disturbs them. Will you take that risk?
- Last, but not least: NPCs. The game will feature a relationship system between you and other characters. Being on their good side will be very beneficial for you so we suggest befriending them all!
