[0.9.1.0] Known Issues
[p]Client fails to launch on certain hardware[/p]
- [p]We are observing hardware-dependent launch failures on specific system configurations. While investigation is still ongoing, in some cases, this may be related to systems running below minimum specification requirements. Please ensure your PC meets or exceeds the minimum requirements listed on the Steam store.[/p]
- [p]We are actively working on this issue. However, the fix is not included in Day 1 (Early Access v0.9.1). We plan to address it in a future patch.[/p]
- [p]One possible cause appears to be region-specific server connection issues. We are continuing our investigation to identify and resolve the root cause. [/p]
- [p]We are tracking a performance drop after an extended runtime (approx. 3+ hours). Restarting the client mitigates the issue temporarily. However, we understand this is not ideal and are working on a proper fix.[/p]
- [p]This issue is primarily related to data loading speed. An SSD is required as part of the minimum specifications. However, we have observed this occurring even in some SATA SSD environments as well. We are currently investigating.[/p]
- [p]Players may occasionally become stuck on NPCs, Guardians, or players in specific situations. We will address these cases incrementally in future patches.[/p]
- [p]In most cases, this appears to be related to HDD usage. However, we have also received reports on SSD laptops. We are reviewing this issue and will work to improve loading performance. Please ensure you are using an SSD, as it is part of the minimum specification for optimal performance in KILLER INN.[/p]
- [p]We are currently working on a fix and aim to include it in an upcoming patch as soon as possible.[/p]
