To celebrate the launch of Wildmender, we’re running a garden competition over in our Discord. The lucky winner will receive the Wildmender plushie of their choice (see below), while second place will get the other plushie and third place will receive a free copy of the game.




To be in with a chance to win these amazing prizes, all you need to do is join our Discord and post a screenshot of your Wildmender garden in the #launch-giveaway channel. Inspired by our partnership with the Rainforest Alliance, the theme of our competition is “harmony with nature,” so the winning garden will be the one that we feel most exemplifies that message. The deadline for submission is Thursday October 12th.

Once all of the submissions are in, we’ll collect all of the entries and vote on which garden we feel fits the theme the best. We will announce the three winners on Friday October 20th.

Wildmender is a desert gardening survival game where you start with a small spring. Traverse the harsh landscape and find new plants and flora to grow, while cleansing the corruption that turned this beautiful world into the near dead wasteland before you.

Using craftable tools, you can dig canals to expand your oasis. Explore the world alone or with up to three friends. Befriend animals, learn from spirits, and seek out the gods to help you defend the land from the vicious wraiths who seek to corrupt it.



From food and water to building materials, you will need to manage your resources carefully. Each biome you encounter will have unique challenges - from the drained and salted flats to the poisonous canyons. Exploring these treacherous landscapes will reward you with rare materials and exotic seeds.

Uncover the mysteries of a fallen civilization through the spirits of the past and purify the evil that has befallen the land…

Or just make a pretty garden. That works too!

Wildmender has plenty of accessibility options to allow you to customise your experience. From adjusting difficulty right down to toggling sandstorms on and off, we've added as many options as possible to ensure that you can make your Wildmender world work for you.

We’re thrilled to announce that Wildmender has partnered with the Rainforest Alliance to promote a shared goal:

Rainforest Alliance x Wildmender empowers gamers to be more aware of the environment, reduce their impact on nature and be more proactive in how they nurture the planet.

The Rainforest Alliance is an international non-profit organisation with more than 35 years of experience in sustainability transformation. Their global alliance spans 58 countries and brings together farmers and forest communities, companies, governments, and millions of individuals. Their mission: to protect forests and biodiversity, take action on climate, and promote the rights and improve the livelihoods of rural people.

In Wildmender, you’ll be breathing life back into a dying world, transforming a desert into a blossoming oasis, and learning to live in harmony with nature. Raising awareness of social and environmental issues among the gaming community has always been at the heart of our vision, so this collaboration seemed only natural.

But, aside from ribbeting on about it, how will our partnership actually benefit the Rainforest Alliance?



We’ll be releasing this hip-hoppity hat, inspired by the Rainforest Alliance’s adorable logo. Our hat DLC is designed so that players can show their support for the Rainforest Alliance 🎩
