[h3]TL;DR - The update improves gameplay with lowered zombie night difficulty for single-player, reduce fuel consumption, and increase durability for Tier I tools, weapons and chest items. It also fixes issues with revive, Machine customization, achievements, object interactions, crashes, and flying zombies.[/h3]

New fixes are online (you may need to restart Steam for the update to activate):

• Lowered zombie night difficulty across all difficulty levels for single-player
  
• Reduced generator fuel consumption
  
• Increased durability of Tier I tools and weapons
  
• Increased durability of items found in chests to 60-70%
  
• Items durability now degrades twice as slowly in solo play
  
• Addressed issues with world elements not loading correctly
  
• Improved functionality of the revive option; it should now work properly
  
• Machine customization should now load correctly after saving
  
• Resolved issue preventing the "Make Way" achievement from triggering
  
• Resolved issue preventing the "New Horizon" achievement from triggering
  
• Improved interactions with closely placed objects
  
• Addressed an issue where some zombies were flying (we only accept dancing zombies!)
  
• Players joining games should now be able to change keybindings
  
• Addressed several crash scenarios
  
• Adjustments to the 3-star level Factory Point of Interest

Survival Machine's team reporting ''Operation Bug Hunt 6.0'' a success! No more ''stealth'' zombies, forgetful Machines, or shy HUDs!

• Increased the number of diagrams found in chests and improved their descriptions for better clarity.
  
• The machine now properly stops before roadblocks
  
• Fixed a camera issue when using the glider.
  
• Removed shadows from water to reduce visual glitches.
  
• Machine customization colors will now save correctly between sessions.
  
• Fixed an issue where the HUD could disappear for some players.
  
• Improved loading of resources for players starting a new game.
  
• Fixed several cases where zombies would either not spawn at night or spawn with a noticeable delay.
  
• Resolved a few crash instances to improve overall stability.
  
• The game will now display a warning message if downloaded files are corrupted—re-downloading the game will resolve this.
  
• Added a failsafe to prevent the bow from becoming locked during use.
  
• Fire traps now have a proper crafting cost assigned.
  
• Fixed a blocker in the tutorial where players could bypass manually opening the tunnel door, potentially breaking progression.

Fixes & Improvements

• Increased the drop rate of Fabric Scrap and reduced the crafting cost of several early-game items to ease progression.
  
• Overhauled all roadblocks with clearer quests designed to resolve blockers related to saves and quest progression. If you still encounter issues, please report them via the in-game bug reporter. Note: previously started quests and roadblocks may now appear as completed to allow players to continue their playthroughs.
  
• Players can now place the large generator on wooden floors above the deck, offering more flexible base-building options.
  
• Fixed a bug where zombies would occasionally not appear during a zombie night event.
  
• Resolved an issue where resources were missing in the tutorial area for some players.
  
• Addressed additional cases of infinite loading screens.
