Frostpunk 2 Faction Wars Are Here!

[p]Hello Citizens,
[/p][p]After recent events in our city, such as riots, rising tensions, and several minor civil wars between factions (including Icebox 360 and Deer parts), the Steward has decided it is time to settle this once and for all.[/p][p]For the first time ever, we are organizing the Great Faction Wars Contest in Frostpunk 2, starting February 20 and lasting for the next 7 weeks!
[/p][p][/p][hr][/hr][p][/p][h2]How does it work?[/h2][p]Each week, we will announce a duel between two factions on our X, Discord, and Reddit. The faction that gathers more points will advance further in the bracket, moving one step closer to the Grand Finale. There will be 7 duels in total.[/p][p]We will collect points throughout the week based on data gathered from your playthroughs and announce the winner at the end of each round. (Remember to turn-on, playthrough data-sending option in the game)

[/h3][p]Last year, we launched our very first Kickstarter campaign for the Frostpunk Artbook and Anthology, and we can proudly call it a success. Over 3,500 backers trusted us, and you fully funded it in just a couple of minutes! Thank you so much for making this possible.
[/p][p]Since its release in 2018, Frostpunk has captivated millions of players worldwide. The story of humanity’s struggle against an icy apocalypse inspired us not only to create a sequel, but also to expand the rich lore of the Frostpunk universe.

Patch 1.4 - Controller Support and Console Launch
[/h3][p]On September 18th we were celebrating the console release of Frostpunk 2! But PC citizens were not forgotten on this day. We released a Patch 1.4 bringing full controller support and improved UI.

We’ve created the gamepad experience for Frostpunk 2 based on feedback from the first installment. Our goal was to make it as intuitive as possible, letting you make crucial decisions with just a single tilt of the thumbstick. And now citizens from all major platforms can enjoy the Frostpunk 2 experience, which really makes us proud.

[/h3][p]Many of you waited for this moment just as eagerly as we did. Frostpunk 1886, a reimagined version of the original Frostpunk, is planned to launch in 2027.

[/h3][p]On December 8th, we released our very first DLC for Frostpunk 2, Fractured Utopias. The expansion enhances eight existing factions in Utopia Builder Mode with new skill trees, dedicated HUB-s, and perks, making them feel even more integral to the experience.
[/p][p]We also completely redesigned the main menu and introduced one of the most requested features, the ability to force your starting faction.
[/p][p]After a year of improvements shaped by your feedback, this expansion pushes Utopia Builder Mode even further with distinct faction identities, new laws, over one hundred new events, and additional buildings.[/p][p]And this is only our first DLC. The remaining 2 will launch this year!
