To celebrate, we put together a cute heart-shaped hotel build, because nothing says “romantic getaway” like a perfectly symmetrical heart-shaped resort. This is also a first view of the Paris map in sandbox mode, so we're treating you all today! Check it out below and let us know if you’d stay there.

Got burning questions about Hotel Architect? We’ve got answers!
Next Wednesday night (19th February) at 8 PM GMT, we’re hosting a live Q&A stream with one of our developers, Accel! Whether it’s about mechanics, design choices, or just some fun behind-the-scenes stories, Accel is ready to dive in and answer your questions with Goldiroxs on stream.

We know not everybody will be able to watch on the night, so we've made a discord channel where you can drop your questions in advance! The video will be available to watch back on demand at a later date on Youtube and on twitch for 30 days after the stream.

So get your thinking caps on, and drop your questions in the Discord Q&A channel here!


[h3]New Map Deep Dive Incoming![/h3]
If you’re itching for new content, you wont have to wait much longer, we know you've all be asking to build somewhere other than Gothenburg! The next Fest Demo will feature a brand-new map and next week we’ll be doing a deep dive into it's unique challenges, design, and maybe even some new features that have never been seen before, so stay tuned!

Big news, Hoteliers!

We're very happy to announce that Hotel Architect is joining Steam Next Fest from February 24th to March 3rd, and we’re bringing a playable demo with us!

This is your chance to step into the world of hotel design and management if you haven't already, and In this demo, you’ll have access to two maps, new furniture and activities and new guest types, unlike previous playtests!

You can choose the perfect layout, decorate each space to impress your guests, and manage the chaos that comes with running a top-tier establishment. Your guests (and critics) will have plenty to say about your choices, so be ready for the challenge! Can you meet their high expectations and turn your hotels into must-visit destinations?

Get ready to check in to the demo during February's Next Fest and start to conquer the world with your hotel empire from the 24th!

The doors to the Hotel Architect playtest have officially closed, and what an incredible weekend it has been! Over the past few days, we’ve seen an amazing community come together to design, build, and manage hotels of every kind, from dream luxury getaways to absolute chaos zones.

To everyone who played, shared feedback, reported bugs, and simply enjoyed the game: THANK YOU! Your insights and enthusiasm have been invaluable in shaping the future of Hotel Architect again.

We chuckled at your wild hotel layouts, winced at the occasional disasters, and admired your clever solutions to unexpected challenges. This playtest wouldn’t have been the same without you and your inventive ways to push Gothenburg to it's limits!

[h2]5 star Hotel Creations![/h2]
We'd awarding 5 stars to a few community members who rose to the challenge of Prettiest and Ugliest Hotels!

The Prettiest Build Award goes to AfroDuckling for a beautiful purple stylish yet efficient hotel:


And The other end of the scale, with the Ugliest Build Award goes to Cameron Harrison who self-nominated his build for the award in the Discord Server with 'I present my submission for "THE UGLIEST HOTEL" award: The Old Prison Hotel. 64 rooms for Backpackers with a pea soup kitchen and nothing else'


Lastly, the Ingenuity Award, is presented to NekoNi with their pink overload build, but the award wasn't for the awesome colour ;) It was in fact for the moose antler statues! Brilliant idea, and a great way to change up the decoration!
