The Hotel Architect Demo Best Build Competition has come to an exciting conclusion, and we are thrilled to showcase some of the coolest designs! Participants from across the community put their skills to the test, crafting unique hotels that blend creativity, functionality, and luxury together, and every entry had something special to offer. However, a few builds truly stood out and captured the essence of exceptional hotel design!

After careful deliberation, we've selected a winner and three remarkable runners-up that demonstrated outstanding attention to detail!

Many many neatly organised rooms fit for our tiny backpackers to lay their heads, profit would be high with so many guests and you'd be keeping maintenance very busy with aircon units!

With a boutique luxury hotel featuring only three guest rooms, including a penthouse style suite, Zytukin's build impressed the team with it's attention to detail, elegance, and smart use of space. The richly decorated lobby, stunning bathrooms, and essential amenities all contributed to its 4-star boutique feel.

We have some incredible news to share – thanks to all of you, Hotel Architect has officially made it into the Top 50 Steam Next Fest Demos! We were extremely proud getting into the top 100 earlier in the week, but this is the icing on the cake!
This wouldn’t have been possible without your passion, creativity, and feedback. Seeing the amazing hotels you’ve built, the unique experiences you’ve crafted, and the wonderful community that has grown around the game is amazing!

While you've all been becoming professional hoteliers this week, we’ve been hard at work making Hotel Architect smoother and squashing bugs! An update is rolling out this afternoon, bringing improvements, and fixes based on your feedback. Check out the patch notes below for more details!

[h3]Demo Patch Notes: [/h3]

• Fixed bug that occasionally caused the critic to never appear in Gothenburg (first critic in tutorial).
  
• Fixed bug that sometimes allowed you to place items outside of the buildable area.
  
• Fixed issue with unusable rowing machines!
  
• Reduced the clipping of characters using stairs.
  
• Waiters now alert you (thought bubble) if the restaurant is lacking cutlery.
  
• Updated main menu (new videos, links, changelog).
  
• Performance improvements related to high count of littering items on the property.
  
• Stability improvements.
