Matchmaking update

We will update some parts of the server software on 21st of November starting at 9:00 UTC. Update will be performed in “silent” mode without server downtime.[/p][p]What will come with this update:[/p]

- [p]Fix to known cases where players were matched into mirror match when they deselected “Mirror match” option;[/p]
- [p]Matchmaking analytics, which will allow us to gather various data about matchmaker operations. [/p]
- [p]Tweak to some of the matchmaking options. This should help new players and players with high elo to find matches faster, but as a side-effect it may match teams with a bigger elo difference. We will monitor results and listen to the community feedback.[/p]
