Crash in the Opening Scene and Solution
Hi everyone,
We’re aware of an issue that can cause the game to crash during the introduction cinematic.
This problem appears to (still under investigation) affect NVIDIA 4000 and 5000 series cards.
We’re actively working on a patch to resolve this and aim to release it as soon as possible.
If you’re encountering this issue, please follow these steps:
Once the cinematic is over and you’re in control of your character, Rémi, you can safely raise the graphics settings again.
This should prevent the crash from occurring during the rest of the demo.

🕹️ Temporary Workaround:
If you’re encountering this issue, please follow these steps:

Reduce your graphics setting before from the main menu.
Deactivate all the graphics settings below :
Once the cinematic is over and you’re in control of your character, Rémi, you can safely raise the graphics settings again.
This should prevent the crash from occurring during the rest of the demo.
