We’ve also received many questions, so we’ve gathered the most common ones here to provide some clarity.[/p][hr][/hr][h3]🔥 General Info[/h3][p][/p][p]How long is the demo available?
From June 2 to June 16, 2025.[/p][p]When is the full game releasing? Hell is Us launches on September 4, 2025, on both PC and consoles.[/p][p]How long does the demo last?
Around 1h30 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.[/p][p]What does the demo cover?
It introduces the game’s world, focusing on Remi’s first steps in Hadea.

Yes, it is playable, though performance may vary based on your settings.[/p][p]Is the game optimized for PC?
We were very careful when publishing our recommended specs, as we didn’t want to mislead anyone.[/p][p]That said, Hell is Us can actually run above 30 FPS on Ultra settings with those specs—provided the game is properly configured.[/p][p]We’re continuing to optimize performance and will keep refining it in the months leading up to launch.[/p][p]Will there be a demo on consoles?
We understand the frustration of not having access to the demo on consoles—especially from those who have supported us from the very beginning, and even pre-ordered the game.[/p][p]We’re currently exploring the possibility of bringing the demo to consoles and would genuinely love to make it happen. However, we can’t guarantee that it will be feasible.
We prefer to be transparent rather than raise false hopes—that’s why we’re sharing where things stand, even if the answer isn’t definitive.[/p][p]That said, having a demo on PC doesn’t mean we’re prioritizing that platform. We’re putting the same level of care and attention into both PC and consoles, and the full game will deliver the same experience on all platforms at launch.[/p][p]Will the game be optimized for consoles?

It’s a semi open-world experience.
The demo takes place in a more linear introduction zone, but the world opens up immediately after. –
You’ll get a glimpse of that openness by the end of the demo.[/p][p]Is Hell is Us a Soulslike?
While the game borrows certain mechanics often found in Soulslikes—like stamina management and deliberate combat—it’s not a Soulslike. Our aim has always been to create a challenging yet accessible experience, with flexible difficulty options so a wide range of players can enjoy it.[/p][p]We understand how first impressions and genre labels can shape expectations, and we know it might take time to clarify what Hell is Us truly is. We hope it will be a game that players will enjoy, no matter the labels you put on it.[/p][p]Will the game change after the demo? We’ll continue to optimize and fine-tune the game ahead of launch. [/p][p]Are there unsolved mysteries in the Demo?[/p][p]Hell is Us is full of mysteries. Some begin right from the start, so you may come across elements of them during the demo .
