The weapons in Hell is Us

[p]Hell is Us takes place in 1993 in the fictional country of Hadea, where a vicious civil war is still raging when the protagonist, Remi, arrives. [/p][p][/p][p]Although it's the 20th century, all combat in the game is carried out using medieval-style melee weapons. Why?  [/p][p]  [/p][p]These weapons are not forged from ordinary metal and they seem to be the only weapons that can hurt the mysterious entities that have suddenly invaded Hadea.
