Some key fixes and several balancing changes:

Fixes
- Attempt to fix uncommon bug where the cutscenes at the Garden do not play properly.
- [Controller] Fixed an uncommon crash when opening a Porter Chest while facing a path.
- Fixed Mana Cell exploit when using it with the Drill.

Balancing
- Shiny Chestnut and Roasted Chestnut can now be used as alternate ingredients for crafting Nutty Bowl and Nutty Bait.
- Removed potato research requirement for triggering Lisa's Purple Heart Event.
- Increased Coal spawn rate in the Mines.
- Increased Charcoal's fueling rate from 2 -> 3.
- Reduced potion prices slightly.
- Increased Drill speed.
- Reduced Drill crafting cost (5 iron bars -> 2 iron bars).
