Fixes
+ Fixed plants growing at a slower rate than intended in tolerated soil.
+ Fixed some popsticks immediately fulfilling, and not progressing projects (projects may need to be removed and re-applied).
+ Fixed a number of designer glitches when plotting a project.
+ Fixed draft plants going translucent when plotting a project.
+ Fixed grow stars not triggering.
Tweaks
+ Popsticks now appear and group as popsticks on focus, and won't display the Harvest or Record prompts.
+ Pigment values updated and added to a number of items.
