Awesome news - I'm excited to share that Undeadly has been announced as a finalist in the Kiwi Game Starter 2022 competition.

Kiwi Game Starter is a competition for startup New Zealand game developers, hosted by the New Zealand Game Developers Association. The original finalist announcement here goes into more detail, and the announcement tweet can be found here. Some quick points about the competition:

"The first prize package includes $25,000, mentorship, and ongoing development and strategy support, generously sponsored by the University of Canterbury. This year a $10,000 second place award has also been sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS)."



"Started in 2014, the Kiwi Game Starter is an initiative organised by the New Zealand Game Developers Association (NZGDA) to identify and support the best of upcoming New Zealand game development talent. The competition aims to improve the commercial outcomes for NZ developers working towards completing their games."
