  • Preparations for Race Event
  • Seasonal Challenge leaderboard is now properly separated for hardcore and softcore mode to prevent duplicated player entries for the different game modes.


[h3]Balancing[/h3]
  • Iron Frost Awakened Gatekeeper now spawns less AoE effects
  • Reduced projectile spawn of earth rift trial and rift boss. Further timing adjustments have been made to make this boss encounters easier. (v.0.9.9.1e-f)
  • Melee Scattering Skills now spawn 2 projectiles (was 3 before) to allign them with the range scattering skill nodes. (v.0.9.9.1e)
  • Arda the Fallen now spawns less rotating AoE orbs (v.0.9.9.1g)
  • Enemy Light Ray AoE now has a smaller hitbox (0.9.9.1g)
  • Bone Lance Dark Wanderer range starting weapon has increased damage 10 (was 6) (0.9.9.1h)
  • Epic Map Mod Icy Spikes now have less range to prevent getting surprised by offscreen spawned AoE effects (0.9.9.1h)


[h3]Bugfixes[/h3]
  • Fixed a crash caused by the yesterdays update 0.9.9.1 when encountering bosses without epic map mods active
  • Fixed weapon attack trail delayed rendering
  • Fixed a bug that caused dying in tutorial on hardcore mode to lock you out of the tutorial rooms
  • Fixed melee attack replacer skill effect to not become active before switching your weapons
  • Fixed negative damage numbers when having emerald staff equipped when playing goladir

Update 0.9.9.1

[h3]Major Changes and Improvements[/h3]
  • Elite enemies and bosses now only gain one of the epic map modifier abilities instead of every ability. This will drastically reduce difficulty on pinnacle boss fights.
  • Trails of player effects are now properly affected by the player effect transparency setting.


[h3]Balancing[/h3]
  • Epic Map Modificators increase elite spawn rate by +25% (was +20%)
  • Noctelle projectile life time has been reduced and AoE attack rotation speed has been reduced.
  • Earth Rift Boss and Trial boss now spawns less projectiles.
  • Reduced size and durations of several epic map modifier abilities for enemies.

  • Fixed layering of epic map modificator enemy effects that caused effects to be covered by other world elements.
  • Fixed a bug that caused boss abilities to become invisible when freezing a boss and interrupting an AoE ability.
  • Fixed a bug that caused tooltips for map nodes in the pathfinder to remain open.

  • Improved skill tree algorithm to further fine tune skill spawn chances for base skill nodes

  • Slightly decreased the multishot skill spawn chance
  • Reduced skill spawn chance for increased projectile speed and range.
  • Reduced skll spawn chance for increased shot angle
  • Increased skill spawn chance for increased condition damage skill nodes
  • Increased skill spawn chance for increased companion damage skill nodes
  • Ravaging companions now reduce energy/endurance regeneration -40% like all other companion skill nodes
  • Empowered Companion skill node now increases companion damage by +12 (was +10 before).
  • Greater Empowered Companions Specialisation now grants +36 companion damage (was 30 before).
  • Potato Trinket now grants +10 companion damage (was +5 before).
