Nerfed the first difficulty in Hardmode:
Other hardmode difficulties were slightly nerfed too.

Fixed crash when you are getting "It happened Achievement" (Thanks dha and toiletbread)
Nerfed the first difficulty in Hardmode:
- 75 Starting Lives -> 100 Starting Lives
- 91% Chance for 1UP -> 100% Chance for 1Up
- Some harder parts in levels were eased up slightly
Other hardmode difficulties were slightly nerfed too.
