TCC Release 1.1.7

Added partial Czech, Portuguese and Slovenian
Updated Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, Hungarian and Italian
All skins, hats and items are now arrays (changed global.skin001 to global.skin[1] for example)
Same thing with hats and items
Re-adjusted some code to work better with the newer refactored code
Code refactoring with wheel, calendar rewards and "skincustomizelogic.gml"
New hats are available to the calendar
