Hotfix 1.3.8.6

Changed order of custom images from newest to oldest.
Fixed issue where sticker info was being shown when joining multiplayer game.
Removed preview image notification when client in multiplayer or puzzle is not loaded.
Made connect sound on by default for new players.
Fixed bug with puzzles in load/custom area flickering between sizes.
Fixed crash related to client attempting to rotate a piece that was no longer in the players hand.
