Hotfix Update 1.2.0.2

Just some fixes and adjustments since the last update. New feature update coming soon!

• Fixed issue with black screen when showing Custom Puzzle browse images dialog
  
• Fixed issue with resolution in windowed sometimes displaying incorrectly
  
• Fixed issue with join code and extra space at end of string
  
• Added toggle button to lock pieces (ctrl-L by default)
  
• Adjusted multi-select highlight to be more visible
