BUGS

Fix: Selling Items no longer includes Equipped Items or Items in Storage in the items that can be sold. This solves the following issues:
- Accidentally selling equipped items.
- Accidentally selling items in storage.
- Receiving 0 gold for items being sold.
Fix: Items marked for sale that never get sold should no longer remain in the Sell Items grid.
Fix for UI issues that caused Alden and Blacksmith to leave dialog text onscreen for too long.
