Today is not our day - sorry! We deployed an update earlier leading to player not getting progress. We deployed a fix for that now.
We also enabled 2x XP for now so you can get your progression back a bit.

Today we discovered an unfortunate issue with our microtransaction pricing. It turns out that regional pricing was incorrectly configured and only based on exchange rates—this led to prices being significantly higher relatively in some lower-income countries (eg Brazil, China, Russia, etc).

We're truly sorry this slipped through the cracks. We’ve already deployed a fix, and from now on, prices should be properly adjusted based on region.

But we’re not stopping there—we’ll also be reviewing all past transactions and granting additional coins to affected players, based on the new pricing model. This could take a couple days - you will get an ingame notification when done.
