Prologue update

We have updated Dap's Prologue to get ready for the launch of Dap on the
29th of September!


To celebrate we also really wanted to show you all this fantastic artwork made by our friend and legend Michael "Terry" Johnston. He went all out with it and captured one of our favorite scenes!

Because you're awesome, we have extended the first area of the game a little!

Among other small improvements:

- Added a setting to disable lock-on function for controllers.

- Revised dialogue.

Small update and bug fixes

Just a small update for our current Prologue for Dap.

This one is mostly for bug fixes and small improvements.

Fixes include:

  • Fixed crash occurring occasionally on player death
  • Fixed menu glitches
  • Updated some music
  • Tutorial prompts stay on screen until completed
  • Enemy behavior updates

Prologue Update Fix

We fixed an error that wouldn't allow the Prologue to be launched after yesterday's update.
Sincere apologies to anyone who tried to play yesterday!

Dap Prologue Update

Our Prologue has received a little update!
While we are watching some of you who played live, we are continuously working to make this game the best it can be for you all. This update is mostly focusing on clarity in teaching the game's mechanics.
These updates include:

  • Improvements in enemy behaviors for clarity to attack patterns
  • Introducing a charge target to shoot your Dap's spells to open doors
  • Improvements in audio, particularly in charging Dap's spells
  • Larger tutorial text for clarity
  • Clarity updates in phrasing of tutorial prompts
  • Improved clarity on button prompts
  • An extra room for better flow
  • More smaller improvements...
