Steam Deck Beta Client Update: August 21st

[p]We have just shipped an updated Steam Deck Client to the Preview/Beta channel.[/p][p][/p][p]General[/p]

• [p]Fixed a failure to enable bluetooth via Settings->Bluetooth if it was previously disabled in Desktop Mode.[/p]
• [p]Fixed an issue where newly created accounts would show an empty library even after games had been added.[/p]
