Steam Deck Client Update: March 13th

[p]We have just shipped an updated Steam Deck Client to the Stable channel.[/p][p][/p][p]General[/p]

• [p]Fixed a case where the client would get stuck in a loading spinner after restarting in Offline Mode.[/p]
• [p]Fix a rare crash when downloading games if regional content server ends HTTP/2 connection in an unexpected manner.[/p]
• [p]Fix intermittent error when opening overlay.[/p]
