Steam Deck Beta Client Update: March 8th

Note: This update is for the Steam Deck Beta and Preview channels, and includes new features that are still being tested. You can opt into this in Settings > System > Steam Update Channel.

• Constrain the width of settings, chat, and other non-grid based views when on larger monitors in Desktop mode
  
• Fixed the screen remaining blurred after a "What's New" post was dismissed
