Warlander Closed Beta Date & Details
Greetings Warlander!
Thanks for your patience and support as we continue to prep for release, as well as set up this extra opportunity to playtest Warlander.
And now, here are the Closed Beta details that you have been waiting for!
[h3]START OF CLOSED BETA[/h3]
The Warlander Closed Beta will start Tuesday December 20th at 10:00 AM CET and run until the January release.
The Closed Beta will feature an almost complete version of the release build, but should be viewed as a Beta as you may still encounter some unfinished elements, minor bugs, text issues, etc. Your patience and understanding of this while testing is appreciated.
Please note:
Closed Beta progress will be wiped
No real-money purchases will be possible
User data may be deleted frequently and at times without warning
To join the Closed Beta, you must be a member of the official Warlander Discord https://discord.gg/playwarlander and write a Closed Beta Steam Key request via Direct Message to PLAION LIVE OPS#2022. Once we have your message requesting access to the Closed beta, we will follow up with key and beta branch password delivery prior to the start of the Closed Beta.
Once you have Warlander installed, to opt-in and gain access to the Closed Beta, you will need to apply the Closed Beta branch password to Warlander in your Steam library. This is a fairly simple process but if you have any questions along the way please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Once the Closed Beta is live, it will run constantly until release and you will be able to queue at any time (player numbers permitting). On top of that we encourage you to set up scheduled play sessions within the community for faster queues.
Alternatively, we will also set specific Happy Hours where we will queue up together, similarly to the End of Open Beta Event.
Happy Hours Schedule:
Tuesdays – Thursdays – Saturdays starting at 20:00 CEST.

[h3]PC RELEASE REMINDER[/h3]
Warlander will release on PC on the 24th of January 2023. The reason for the push into January is that essentially, you guys were too good at your job. 😊 Meaning, we received so much fantastic feedback, suggestions, and bug reports around topics that we want to consider for release, that we had to take a step back and reevaluate the timing. We’re very excited to be at the home stretch and can’t wait to officially release Warlander to the world.

Our Gen 9 Console (PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S) Release is now officially planned for April.

We have created the Warlander Community Discord Bobble League Tournaments as a way to keep the good vibes flowin’ in Discord and to continue to get to know our community better, as well as give our core players an activity while they are waiting for the Closed Beta and Release of Warlander.
Tournaments are broadcasted live at https://www.twitch.tv/playwarlander
Tournament Winners will be rewarded with an EPIC DISCORD TITLE!

To participate in the tournaments players must click the Interested button on the Events in Discord. All interested players will be automatically filled into the tournament bracket the day before the Event.
