-Fixed ball spells being repairable and made them not be, since they are phasing out. Ball spells are now staff left click.
-Fixed CD text color being too dark.
-Fixed not getting xp when a debuff kills something.
-Fixed new UI issues that were reported.
-Fixed XP issues when having a potion in the old magic slot.
-Tweaked sight range on monsters to be lower.
